Happy Birthday Buck Fever!

Today is the release day of Buck Fever. Very exciting! And perhaps a good enough excuse to eat a birthday cupcake. Why not? Buck’s birthday is also (as I wrote in my last blog entry), an opportunity for you, or a middle school student, teacher, or librarian that you may know, to win a book. Because, to celebrate Buck’s birthday, I’m giving away signed copies of Buck Fever and Dog Gone. To register for a chance at winning a book, you can comment here or send me an email at www.cynthiawillis.com.

And, if you want to check out the Buck Fever book trailer, go to http://cynthiawillis.com/novelsbuck.html. There, you'll find a link to that trailer.

So, good luck to all, happy reading, and have yourself a birthday cupcake!

  1. Cynthia,

I'm running out the door for work, so I don't have time for a detailed review of Buck Fever, which you sent me an ARC of. However, both my son, who's 15, and I read it and thought it was a fantastic book.

I'd love a copy of your books to add to my school library.

    Congratulations on your release!

  2. Happy Birthday,Buck, and congratulations Cynthia on your release. I would love to read either book. I am a school library student (only 12 credits to go!). Vickie

  3. Thanks, Nicole!!! I love that you and your son enjoyed Buck Fever! That's great!

And thank you, too, for the congratulations, Vickie. How wonderful that you've only got 12 more credits to go.

I've added both of your names to the pool. Here's hoping you win! : )

  4. Congratulations on the new book and I'd love to read your others. I'm a current library student and hoping to become a Youth Librarian. Thank you for this great offer.

  5. Yippee! Congratulations to Buck's birth! Here's to his having many other brothers and sisters to keep him and Dog Gone company on the shelf.

  6. Would LOVE a copy of your books! Finally a book that celebrates the outdoors!
Now my husband won't be the only one with BUCK FEVER! *smile*
    Congrats on your release.

  8. Thanks so much for the great comments Ceitfianna, Bish, Sheila, and Jan! Your names are in the "hat." I hope each of you wins a book. Fingers are crossed. : )

  9. Cynthia, I would love a copy of your books. We are in central TX where deer hunting is king, well, after football maybe.
